About Francisco

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With 5 years of tutoring experience and more than 20+ years of professional experience in bioteI specia, I fully enjoy helping elementary through high school students master mathematics by fostering critical thinking and genuine curiosity. I believe that every student thrives when lessons are tailored to their unique needs, so I actively observe how you interact with new material to adapt my strategies accordingly. Whether we use visual aids, hands-on practice, or real-world examples, I break down complex problems into manageable steps to build your confidence. I prioritize open communication with both students and parents to ensure we remain a collaborative team. Nothing brings me more joy than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks. I hold 2 graduate degrees, PhD and MBA. I look forward to supporting your academic journey and helping you succeed.
