About Franchesca

Hi! My name is Franchesca. I recently graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I have credits in developmental psychology and early childhood development, which has helped me build an understanding of children's growth, learning, and individual needs. I would describe myself as patient, calm, nurturing, and creative. I enjoy encouraging children's imaginations, whether in play or art. I also enjoy creating an environment where children feel safe, heard, and comfortable expressing themselves. I believe in encouraging independence and self-expression. I have experience working with a neurodivergent population, specifically adhd, autism, and learning disorders. I am experienced in navigating and teaching life skills with the ideals that everyone learns at their own pace. I have personal experience with allergies and take them very seriously, taking things such as cross-contamination into account. I also have experience with tutoring and experience with pet care.
