About Kaira

I have worked with children for 10 years. I've ran a daycare. I was in a child development program in high school, my degree in child development and working on my masters in educational counseling. I am very family oriented. I helped raise my nieces/nephew. I am a childlike individual. I believe it is important to stay connected to your inner child where you are at the source of your own creativity and self love. I have also worked as a sub teacher 9-12th grade which I learned that I am very adaptable with all age groups of children. Creativity is my superpower and I believe we are the most creative when we are children. Their innocence is their superpower and when they are provided a space where they are encouraged they have the ability to create magic! One thing you should know is that I genuinely take time to understand each child's personality and needs. I focus on building trust and creating a supportive environment where every child feels valued, and able to be themselves.
