Franchely is nice, thoughtful and caring. She has been able to handle our demanding schedule and gets kids to their events and practices on time. She has greatly eased the stress and worries related to juggling kids after-school care and extra-curricular activities. I especially like that she communicates with us when the kids are picked up, dropped off, and any other items of interest.
