I've worked with children ages 8 to 18 that have very high emotional needs in a group setting where I was a supervisor and house mother. My duties required me to be very patient, alert and, active in there success. I also have 10+years working as a Direct Support Specialist with adults who have very disabilities, both physically, emotionally, and mentally.
