About Francessca

I am passionate about working with young children and supporting their growth in a safe, nurturing environment. I have hands-on experience working in a daycare setting, as well as working closely with families of children with special needs. These experiences have strengthened my patience, creativity, and ability to meet each child where they are developmentally and emotionally. I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Social Work, which has deepened my understanding of child development, family dynamics, and individualized care. I am seeking a position with flexible hours that allows me to balance my studies while continuing to do meaningful work with children and families. I am reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing thoughtful, attentive care.
