About Frances

Frances was an exceptional caregiver, truly one of a kind. From the very beginning, she brought a level of knowledge and confidence that immediately put our family at ease. It didn’t take long for her to earn our trust, and that meant everything during such vulnerable times. She was flexible, attentive, and deeply caring, always going above and beyond in ways I didn’t even realize a caregiver could. A strong woman in every sense, she handled challenges with grace and steadiness while still bringing warmth and compassion into our dad's home. Most importantly, my dad absolutely adored her. The bond they formed spoke volumes about the kind of person she is. I’m incredibly grateful for the care, dignity, and comfort she gave him, and for the peace of mind she gave the rest of us. We had unfortunate circumstances that led us to separate from her services, and this is the reason for the 4 stars not 5.
