Hello my name is Kayla R. and I wanted to rate Franceska’s performance while my grandmother was in her care. I wanted to start off by saying I’ve never had anyone better take care of my grandmother than Franceska. She made sure my grandmother was comfortable, fed and safe while in her care. My grandmother can be abit of a handful because she has Alzheimer’s but that was never an issue for Franceska. She was still able to take care of her while also doing other tasks around the house. If my grandmother needed her clothes folded Franceska would personally fold them and organize everything with precision. If there was something my grandmother needed while I wasn’t there Franceska would personally go out her way to get it. Franceska not only is a great worker but she has great socializing skills and her empathy truly displays how humanitarian she is in a work space. Great Caregiver 5 stars.
