About Francesca

I have three years of hands-on experience as a personal nanny, working for a family of three children. My daily responsibilities included school drop-off and pick-up, assisting with after-school snacks/activities, homework, preparing and feeding dinner, as well as managing bath time and bedtime routines. This experience honed not only my ability to provide attentive and loving care but also my adaptability to individualized care plans, particularly in meeting the unique needs of children with special needs. I was able to help build a balanced routine that the children looked forward to and form strong, long-lasting bonds with the family! I also worked at a daycare within a local gym, where I was responsible for supervising children while their parents exercised. This role allowed me to develop strong multitasking abilities and further reinforce my communication and interpersonal skills as I worked closely with both children and parents.
