Hello:) I am a 24-year-old college student; I grew grew up in the Bloomfield hills area and graduated from high school in 2018. Ive had a passion for working with kids since I was kid:) I started babysitting at 12 and even helped out at the home daycare in my neighborhood in middle school. I was attending college classes for child development but I had to put my schooling on hold, fortunately Ill be resuming online classes this fall. In 2022 I became a nanny to a newborn and 1-year-old. I then became an assistant teacher (working with the 1-2, and the 4-5-year-olds) at a church based daycare center from June 2023- June 2024. Most recently I have started a new position at a Muslim Montessori daycare apart of a local primary school, where I work in the infant room with ages 2 - 18 months. I am up to date CPR and BLS trained, with very reliable transportation. I'm currently working on finishing and attaining my CDA (child development associates) credential.

Francesca took care of our 4-month old baby girl regularly and we cannot recommend her more highly!!!! She is like a dream come true. She's a complete natural with babies, has the sweetest voice, and anticipates not only the baby's needs but also ours. She's so helpful in all aspects and always goes above and beyond to be of service. She shows up on time and with a positive attitude. Our baby is always fed, diapered, and engaged... And I'm always able to work and be worry and distraction free when she's there!
