I've worked in this field for over 20 years, I've had the pleasure & honor to work with children with ADHD/on the autism spectrum, developmental delays, physical/cognitive/speech challenges. My last 4 years were a combination of house manager/nanny/daily therapist, which was intense, but very rewarding.

Aleks has given our family a levity that I've not experienced since having kids. My husband and I are able to be completely worry free when we go out on date nights or on overnight trips. Aleks is genuine, sincere, calm, patient, and clever when interacting with our kids. She is tremendously engaging, our kids adore her, AND our house is always tidier than when we left it! She perfectly balances being professional with being personable and I couldn't recommend her more!

We had a wonderful experience with Aleksandra caring for our two children. She was always on time, played with the kids and left the house cleaner than she found it! Aleksandra is a very trustworthy, dependable, organized sitter and I could not recommend her enough!

Alex fulfills every aspect of childcare you would want and expect. Shes is extremely punctual and dependable. We have a 6 year old and a 1 year old who both adore her. We've used Alex from date nights to overnights. When we get home the kids are happy and bathed, and the house is in perfect order!

Aleksandra (Aleks) has been the biggest blessing to our family. She started with us in February 2021 during the pandemic as I was returning to work and leaving our youngest (16 months old) for the first time. She stepped right in on day one and took him outside in full snow gear to have a blast! She also cared for our oldest who was doing 2nd grade in a hybrid format. During the summer she cared for our 3 children and ensured that they were happy, busy and well-cared for at all times. Now the older 2 are back in school full-time, she is spending one-on-one time with our now 2 year old. She is constantly doing fun, new activities with him and always making sure to go outside at least twice everyday. She never hesitates to help out with household duties such as laundry, organizing and cleaning. I was so nervous to find a nanny prior to my search. As soon as we had our interview I knew she would be the most perfect fit for our family. She is now, and will always be, a part of our family!

I feel so thankful to have found Aleksandra! My 2 year old daughter is very clingy and shy but Aleks won her over right away! My daughter has so much fun with Aleks! We had a babysitter previously and my daughter had a hard time feeling comfortable but Aleksandra is a true professional and knew exactly how to make her feel comfortable and secure.  Aleks is timely and dependable.. she's a true gem!

Aleks has been a fixture in our family since day one.  She is the only caregiver outside of family that we have ever used.  We were very lucky to find her.  She has loved and cared for our 3 kids (7, 5, and 3) for the last four years.  She can handle anything with the kids and treats them so well.  She constantly keeps them engaged with outdoor play, walks, reading, building, and crafts.  My kids are always exhausted after spending time with "Aunt" Aleks.  She really has become family and we don't know what we'd do without her.

Aleks is an absolute God send.  She joined when our twins were at their most unruly stage, especially with all the strife of COVID, and immediately created a sense of calm, peace, and trust.  The children adore her as she has the perfect mix of fun, humor, discipline, and nurture.  She is a wonderful teacher as well and keeps them focused on daily preK worksheets; their vocabulary has also improved tremendously under her care.  When she leaves each evening, the kids shower her with love.  She is 110% dependable and communicates well in advance regarding personal schedules.  She is the best!

Aleksandra is a great sitter! She went above and beyond what I could've asked for! I recommend her to anyone reading this review! She is patient and very good at what she does! Between me and my cousin we had her watch 4 kids under 4 but she did such a great job! It makes me sad she live so far from me and I can't use her more often! We are so thankful for how well she took care of our kids!

We love Alex!  We have two boys, 3.5 and almost 2 years old.  Both of our boys adore Alex, always asking when she is coming back.  It is very difficult to find someone that you can trust with your children and Alex is that person for us.  She watches them at least once a month for date nights or during a weekend day so we can get things done around the house.  She also stayed with our boys while my husband and I celebrated an anniversary out of the country.  She does it all, gives baths, prepares and handles meal time, cleans up everything, and also does extra cleaning around the house during naps or after bedtime.  Alex is truly more of a family member now and we couldn't imagine life without her.  I promise that if you are looking for someone who will love your children and care for them as you do (or better), you've found her.  Just leave us some time, we won't let her go completely.

Aleks is punctual, trustworthy, very communicative and responsible. She takes lead very well and also reports and suggests advice in a friendly way, which has been very helpful as a first time mom. She rarely sits still and is very productive while our daughter is napping and she is creative and nurturing when they are together. I couldn't ask for more!

Aleks has only sat for us a few times, but I can guarantee, she will sit many many more!  She has a ton of experience - literally, she can provide ME with direction!  She challenges both of my girls physically and intellectually and they just adore her :). We feel so lucky to have found her.

Aleks had a warmth and maternal nature that was felt the moment she met my girls.  Both of my children opened up around her immediately and were comfortable from the start.  Aleks' personality and experience are such that she leads my girls in a constructive and loving way.  Aleks seems to be comfortable in any setting.  She also goes above and beyond without being asked - tidying up, doing dishes.  Nothing I requested from her, but she will do anyway, simply because she is that type of person. Aleks worked for us for a number of years when our kids were young. She's very good with kids & is kind, smart, fun, has excellent follow through & has common sense. She knows when to be firm & when to cut some slack. If there are specific requirements or specific ways that things need to be done for medical or behavioral issues, once everything has been explained in detail, Aleks is more than capable of handling things & giving you any necessary info. if I had young kids I wouldn't hesitate to hire Aleks again!
