We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Flor. She has been with our family for five years, caring for our two boys from infancy through early childhood (one from 9 weeks to 5 years old, and the other from birth to 3). She has been an integral part of our lives—more like family than a nanny. Flor is incredibly trustworthy, dependable, and loving. She has a calm, nurturing presence and a deep intuition with children. She’s also highly capable and organized—she drives, manages the boys’ schedules, and keeps the household running smoothly. We always know our children are in the best hands when they are with her. We would keep Flor forever if we could, but with both children now in full-time school, our childcare needs have changed.
