Starting at 2 months, Flor took incredible care of my daughter for a year until we moved away. We adore her and couldn't be happier with her--we actually considered not moving, because we didn't want to let her go. She was incredibly attentive, followed all of our requests and provided thoughtful recommendations when I asked (as she is incredibly experienced) and treated my daughter as if she was her own. Anyone would be incredibly lucky to have her as a childcare provider. As a first time mom it was hard to have anyone else take care of my baby, and it was clear right away that we found the right person for the job!
