Florica cared for my sick mother overnights. It was a very challenging job as my mom didn't sleep and wanted to get up all the time despite her inability to walk unassisted. Florica is the most caring individual and treated my mom like gold. She conversed with her, played music for her, laid next to her to calm her down. She was able to attend to all of my mom's physical needs including transfers, toileting, feeding, medication, sponge bathing etc. But, more importantly, I think my mom enjoyed her companionship. They prayed together, talked about children, and Florica was able to reason with her even when she was having memory problems and delirium. Patient, kind, and gained lots of experience watching my mom. I would recommend her highly for elder care.
