About Gretchen

Caring for seniors is something I truly love. I enjoy building genuine relationships, sharing conversations and laughter, and making everyday life a little easier for clients and their families. As a former educator, I bring years of experience working with people, planning activities, staying organized, and taking care of the details behind the scenes. I also have extensive experience with dementia care and understand the importance of patience, flexibility, and meeting each person where they are. Music is a big part of who I am. I play piano and love using music to spark memories and create connection. I also enjoy storytelling, memory games, and finding fun, meaningful ways to keep our time together engaging. I'm happy to help with meal prep, light housekeeping, shopping, errands, or appointments-but most importantly, I want the people I spend time with to feel known, respected, valued, and genuinely cared for.
