I am a dedicated and compassionate CNA specialist with strong nurse-adjacent experience providing quality, individualized care. I have hands-on experience supporting clients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and post-stroke conditions, and I understand the importance of patience, routine, safety, and emotional reassurance. My skills include assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility and transfers, fall prevention, personal hygiene, feeding support, and vital signs monitoring. I am knowledgeable in medication management, including reminders, documentation, observing side effects, and communicating concerns to nurses or family members. I value clear communication, consistency, and treating every client with dignity and respect. I am dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about caregiving.
