About Khayyam

I assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. I help with mobility and transfers, including walking assistance and safe repositioning, also provide companionship and emotional support. I assist with meal preparation and feeding. I perform light housekeeping such as laundry and tidying client areas. I provide medication reminders and I also monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to family. I follow the individualized care plan and maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times.
