We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Flor care for our 2-month-old daughter, H, for three wonderful weeks. From the moment she stepped into our home, she brought a calm, nurturing presence that instantly put us at ease. Her experience, gentle nature, and deep intuition with infants were evident from day one. Flor didn’t just care for H—she created a thoughtful, consistent schedule that helped establish healthy sleep and feeding routines, all while tuning in to our daughter's unique needs and personality. It was clear that she genuinely loves and understands babies. Not only was Flor amazing with H, but she was also wonderful with our dog. Her ability to seamlessly integrate into our home, support our family, and bring so much warmth and love into our lives has been an absolute gift. Flor is timely, reliable, professional, and incredibly well-natured. Flor is responsible, trustworthy, and has a heart of gold. Saying goodbye was not easy—she has become a part of our family, and we will truly miss her. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with her will be incredibly lucky. Thank you, Flor, for everything.
