Many of my favorite conversations have been with children. I find them absolutely fascinating & far more intuitive than often credited. As an adult I get help guild kids through life and as children they help me remember life is full of magic. Approach them with patience Talk to them with respect Encourage them to work through their problems Encourage critical thinking Use positive reinforcement Model positive and empathetic behavior I can't promise to never say no, but some of my favorite alternatives are.. -I could tell you were frustrated, but Action A was not safe/kind.
