Professional l nanny of 7. 5 years! Over 5 years with my most recent family (boys: 8, 4. 5, 3) Helping to meet developmental milestones, feeding/nap schedule, solid food introduction, and more! I have traveled with this family within the US for extended vacations and have provided overnight care. Special and elementary educator with 1 year of full time experience along with 2 years of substitute experience. I love working with children and helping mold them into compassionate, kind, respectful beings. I encourage children to feel the wide range of emotions that they experience and work with them on how to safely express these emotions. I communicate with children just as I would with adults, with honestly, patience, and an open mind. One of my favorite parts about working with children is being able to witness moments of growth. Seeing a child that I've spent time caring for be able to identify their emotion, ask for help when needed, or set a healthy boundary is so rewarding!
