We hired Faye to help with our 2 youngest children (ages 5 & 10) who are being schooled at home. When we interviewed her we also explained that some help would be needed around the home, but nothing too drastic. Just light cleaning, loading the dishwasher, sweeping the floor in the kitchen area, keeping kids as quiet as possible while we worked, etc. Faye is very good at entertaining kids and making them comfortable with her. My daughters both warmed up to her quickly. We struggled a bit to find balance between schoolwork, chores, and free time, but overall it worked out. If you are looking for someone to prep your kids meals, play with them, keep them entertained, and run errands for you as well, she's awesome!
