About Fatoumata

Hi, my name is Fatim, and I'm an elementary school teacher with years of experience working with children since the age of 17. Apart from that I enjoy working with children because I value being part of their growth and I believe all children are capable. I believe children thrive when they are guided with structure, encouraged to think deeply, and exposed to meaningful conversations and experiences that build confidence and self-awareness. I am looking for a family that values structure, consistency, and a thoughtful approach to childcare. I enjoy working in environments where I can support both the child's development and the family's routines in a meaningful way. Most importantly families who value communication. In my spare time, I like to read and cook. I am very open to feedback and communicating needs to that I can meet their goals and also have a great time doing my job. Some skills include building independence, giving early literacy and learning, and behavior guidance.
