I have a strong background in professional childcare, combining center-based teaching with private home care. For two years, I served as an Assistant Teacher at a daycare in Brooklyn, where my co-teacher and I managed a classroom of 12 children aged 16 months to 4 years old. In addition to handling daily routines like diaper changes, feedings, and naptimes, I cooked nutritious meals and led engaging activities including circle time, reading, singing, and developmental games. I hold a CPR certification obtained directly through the daycare. Because of the strong trust I built with parents, several families frequently hired me for private, after-school babysitting. Additionally, while living in Boston completing my Master's degree, I provided private babysitting care for a family with two school-aged children (a 6-year-old boy and an 8-year-old girl).
