I've been a Nanny for 16 years now and I would describe my experience as wonderful. Being a mother of twins and a beloved aunt, I've found it is really easy for me to connect with children of all ages and I enjoy been part of their growth. I'm organized, I have a positive attitude, I'm dedicated and ready to learn new things every day. I'm responsible, patient, flexible, loving and gentle.

My name is Matt, and I’m writing this letter to speak about a dear family member, Mrs.
Yvanna who has been the caretaker of my (now!) one-year-old son, W.
It breaks my heart that we aren’t able to keep Yvanna, because she has been nothing short of
incredible for both W and to our entire family.
Yvanna cares so deeply about W, and it has shown from day one. I think she’s an angel
and an incredibly hard worker too. Without asking, she helps around the house to make our
lives easier.
I’m a third-generation Eagle scout, and trust and integrity matter to me above all else. I trust
Yvanna with the thing I hold most dearly - my children – and she has absolutely earned that day
in and day out.
The only reason we are moving on from Yvanna is just that it’s time to send our W to
daycare. If I could keep her forever, I would. She’s amazing, and where she goes next is beyond
lucky to have her.
I’m available for individual phone calls to speak her praises if need be.

Fanny “Yvanna” has truly been such a gift to me and our family the past 2 years. I initially was very nervous about finding someone to care for my son and be such a large part of our lives. From our first meeting, Yvanna made us comfortable and connected effortlessly with our son. She has become a part of our family. I know my son will miss her, but so will I. Our whole family has talked about wanting to stay in touch with Yvanna. She is such a genuine person. She connects well with children. She is reliable, communicative, trustworthy, and such a gift to anyone who has the opportunity to work with her. I could not recommend her more highly! SHE IS A GIFT!!! We will miss her but definitely will keep in touch…my son wouldn’t have it any other way! Thank you, Yvanna for all of the love and care you have given my son and our family!

Yvanna is exceptional in all regards!  We love her dearly and she has cared for both our boys. We cannot say enough kind things about her.

Fanny (Yvanna) cared for my toddler son from ages one to three. My husband often jokes that aside from me (as the mom), Yvanna is the only other person I trust 100% to care for him. The truth is, when my son is with Yvanna, I know he is safe, loved, and attended to with kindness, patience and affection. I know he is active, socializing with other kids, having fun, being mentally engaged, and even learning a bit of Spanish from Yvanna along the way! In other words, Yvanna embodies all the traits one would look for in terms of professionalism, reliability, punctuality, conscientiousness, honesty, kindness, patience and attention. She has boundless energy (my son always has a blast with her) and truly loves working with children. For our family, Yvanna has truly been practically perfect in every way.  

If you can get Yvanna as a nanny, consider yourself lucky! My family adores everything about Yvanna and would be working with her indefinitely if we were able.  

Yvanna worked with my family as a nanny for several years, and I simply cannot sing her praises enough!  What she still means to my child and our entire family is evidence of the true impact she made on us.  She became an irreplaceable part of our family, and we have a very close relationship to this day.  She is honest, trustworthy, and reliable, and we came to depend on her for so many responsibilities.  She is incredibly caring and loving in every way including adoring our dog as her own.  Of the multiple nannies who worked for us over the years, she is absolutely the most outstanding.  There is truly no comparison.

Yvanna has been our full-time in home child-care provider for our (3.5 year old) twin girls for over 3 years now.  She is a wonderful nanny who has a warm, nurturing nature while being flexible and attentive to the constantly changing needs of our children.  Yvanna has become like a member of our family - my girls light up every morning when she walks in the house and look forward to the fun (and educational!) activities she has planned for them throughout the day.  While our needs for a full-time care giver are changing (children starting pre-school program), we hope to continue to use her in the future for evening, weekend, and overnight care.  We highly recommend Yvanna for any family looking for a child-care provider...we feel so lucky to have had her as our nanny for the past 3 years!

It is my pleasure to write this reference for Yvanna who was our full-time (40+ hours/week) in-home nanny for our twin girls from May, 2012   August, 2015.  In the 3 years that Yvanna has been employed by us, beginning when our girls were just 4 months old, she has truly become a part of our family.  In addition to being the primary care giver during the day for our twins, she has also taken occasional care of them in the evenings and/or overnight for us, and also spent numerous hours with our family, outside of work hours, for social occasions including birthdays and Holidays.   

Yvanna has many wonderful attributes that make her an excellent nanny:  she is flexible, and has often adjusted her schedule, as necessary, to accommodate our work/travel schedules; she is nurturing and takes time to get to know the personality of and develop a relationship with each child individually; and she is attentive to the wants and needs to both us (as parents) and my children in-so-much that she tries to maintain schedules/rules/disciplines that are established in the household while the parents are home and also provide age-appropriate play and learning activities for the children to keep them engaged and entertained.  Yvanna s attentiveness to each of my girls, individually, has often impressed me as she has been able to successfully juggle the demands of both children individually (who have VERY different personalities).  Some examples of this include her willingness to assist with different schedules for potty training, nap times, eating (and diet preferences/food prep), and learning activities for 2 children that are the same age, but have reached milestones using different methods and at different time-points.

     Our girls will be starting into a full-time preschool program this fall, and as such we will no longer need a full-time nanny during the day.  We are saddened to have to say good-bye to Yvanna in this capacity, but will continue to request her to stay with our girls during evening hours and/or overnight, as her schedule allows, in the future. I sincerely believe that Yvanna is an excellent child-care provider and we will miss her warmth, attentive care, and endearing personality in our daily lives.  I am confident that any future family that offers Yvanna a position will quickly come to see these same qualities expressed within their home.
