About Fallon

I'd describe my personality as responsible, caring, and reliable. I like working with kids because I have grown up watching my nieces and nephews so child care comes naturally to me! I enjoy leading by example and teaching children rights and wrongs while also having fun! I started working with kids when I was about 13 years old, when my oldest sister had her first son. I then started to take babysitting seriously when I was a Junior in high school, caring for two young boys aged 4 and 6. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and friends, read, and workout! One thing you should know about me is I am the youngest of 10 children and have learned a lot of valuable information from my older siblings, especially dealing with children.
