Faleupolu, Polu, was very reliable and always on time. She was very caring and gentle with my mother who has dementia. Polu prepared meals, bathed my mother, gave medications, did diapering, laundry, and made the bed. Polu was great interacting with my mother and made her feel comfortable and cared about. We truly appreciated her care and experience. She was also kind to my elderly father and made sure that his bed was made, and she helped with some of the things he needs like preparing a hot meal for dinner. Polu gave great updates, too.
