I'm experienced in personal care, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and medical management. I also have experience supporting individuals with dementia, including adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I believe earning trust is key to building strong connections with those I care for. I provide written daily reports and verbal updates, always following the family's preferred communication method. My goal is to be patient, friendly, and empathetic. I have some college education and hold current CPR and First Aid certifications. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
