My background as a Licensed Practising Nurse, coupled with a graduate degree, allows me to provide comprehensive care, including medical management, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I strive to connect with care recipients by understanding their personal history and preferences. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families through written daily reports, and by following their preferred method.
