About Fabiola

I would describe my personality as hardworking, responsible, organized, supportive, and friendly. I enjoy working with kids because I love helping them learn, grow, and feel cared for. As a Lead Teaching Assistant at the Orfalea Family Children's Center, I developed patience, leadership, and the ability to meet children's developmental and emotional needs, skills I hope to carry into my future career as a PA. I'm looking for a role with flexible shifts that allows me to contribute reliably whenever scheduled. One thing families should know about me is that I love hiking and being active, which helps me bring energy and creativity to activities with kids. My skills include providing safe and attentive care, planning fun and educational activities, supporting developmental needs, assisting with homework, communicating effectively with parents, and fostering a positive, nurturing environment.
