About Evonne

I'm a warm, active mom of two (ages 4 and 8) who raised both hands-on from infancy, including homeschooling. I previously worked as a Special Education Instructional Aide with Pasadena Unified, helping students with autism, ADHD, and dyslexia in math, reading, and writing. I love using each child's interests to make learning fun. I hold an AMI Montessori 3-6 Assistant certificate, Pediatric First Aid/CPR, and Positive Discipline Parent Educator certification, and I'm taking ECE courses at Pasadena City College. TB passed. I'm very active: biking (I teach kids to ride), tennis, soccer, badminton, snowboarding, yoga, and nature hikes. I'm also tidy and keep routines organized. Inspired by Montessori, I believe children thrive with safety, consistent routines, and hands-on learning. I'm calm, patient, nurturing, and respectful of each family's parenting style.
