I enlisted Evonna to help me with the local operations of a property I list as a rental since I am remotely located. Evonna replaced someone else who has been struggling with the role and as soon as she came on board I instantly felt a weight lift off my shoulders. Evonna has such a calming, relaxed presence. She is super competent, responsible, and solutions-oriented. She is truly a godsend. From the little crises to the day to day communications, she exceeds expectations. I am not someone who is easily impressed. Those I previously hired to fill the role didn't work because they could not meet the standards I insisted upon for the work. With our guests she was consistently kind, courteous, and professional. She went above and beyond to improve the quality of our guests stay, to find solutions in the midst of emergency situations, and to ensure I didn't have to worry given my distance.
