About Eve

Hi, everyone! My name is Eve and I have been working with children since I was in high school, as a camp counselor, a tennis instructor, and of course, a tutor. I graduated from UW-Madison with a degree in Psychology, which has given me a strong foundation in how kids learn and what actually helps things click for them. Throughout my time there, I volunteered at a community center and tutored elementary, middle school, and high schoolers in all the core subjects: English, math, social science, science, and general test prep aptitude. I also tutored primary school students in the capital city of Botswana during my time abroad, which taught me a lot about adapting my teaching style to different learners. It gives me so much joy to see the kids I've worked with improve in their academics, but most gratifying is watching their mindset shift from school being a chore to enjoying their studies and feeling proud of their accomplishments. I would love to do the same for your children :)
