About Lia

I have an extensive background in childcare for the past 12+ years. I've worked in many different settings: in home daycare, nannying, babysitting, elementary school health office, etc. I've had many courses in CPR both adult and child. More recently in the last 4 years have started branching out to supporting families in the home in other ways. This has consisted of many different responsibilities such as: daily cleaning, tidying, meal prep, cooking, grocery shopping, general errand running, deep cleaning, organizing, laundry, dishes, etc. House management such as hot tub maintenance, vendor management, house sitting, and pet care. I have my own business Optimized Living LLC. where I am a Life and Business Optimization Coach for Online Entrepreneurs. This keeps me pretty busy but I enjoy keeping a family assistant job to switch up the online work by being able to support a family in the physical world.
