About Evan

I'm a creative and dependable caregiver with over 3 years of experience working with kids ages 5+, and I have a special talent for building connections with middle schoolers. I hold a degree in Theatre and Music from Appalachian State University, where I also completed education coursework and an in-school internship. While I'm not CPR certified, I do have CPR training and can perform CPR. Since college, I've taught both private and group music/theatre lessons, and I love bringing creativity into the day through arts, crafts, and imaginative activities. I'm also an avid baker and enjoy spending time in the kitchen, so I'm happy to help with cooking and meal prep-as well as light housekeeping and keeping things tidy. I'm kind, patient, and reliable, and I aim to create a calm and engaging environment where kids feel supported and encouraged.
