With years of experience supporting young learners as a registered behavior technician, social-emotional specialist, and teacher, I bring both compassion and structure to every home I work in. I've worked with children from infancy through early adolescence, including neurodivergent children and those on the autism spectrum. I hold a Sociology degree from UC Berkeley, along with CPR/First Aid certification. My childcare approach combines warmth with consistency--I love creating fun, enriching activities while also supporting routines, emotional regulation, and respectful communication. I'm happy to assist with learning through play and help with bedtime routines or transitions throughout the day. I'm also comfortable with pets, can support light meal prep, and communicate openly with parents to ensure their needs are met.
