About Ethan

Hello! My name is Ethan and i'm looking to continue my tutoring experience here in San Diego. A bit about me, I graduated from CM, majoring in International Relations and Political Science, with a minor in Machine Learning. There are few things I enjoy more than helping students understand and articulate ideas about topics they have come to enjoy. As a tutor I try to first connect students with their content, all subjects are fascinating, they just might need a little reframing. Once a WHY is established then we can get to acing tests, locking in homework, and perfecting essays. For younger students, my philosophy has always been about fostering an environmental where students love to learn. It prevents future burnout, provides the groundwork for curiosity driven advanced class registration, and keeps something that should be fun -- learning -- fun. As someone with ADHD I specialize in providing skills that worked to me to others with ADHD.
