About Esther

Hi! I'm Esther, and I love being a sitter because I enjoy helping children learn, grow, and have fun in a safe and caring environment. I have a warm, bubbly, and positive personality and am known for being kind, patient, dependable, compassionate, and easy to get along with. I have experience working with children as a Behavior Technician, providing one on one support to a middle school student with special needs. I help with learning, behavior, emotional support, and daily routines. My skills include communication, patience, creativity, problem solving, organization, and staying calm under pressure. Whether we're reading, playing games, doing crafts, or helping with homework, I strive to make every child feel safe, happy, and encouraged. My goal is to give parents peace of mind while creating a fun, supportive, and trustworthy environment for their children.
