About Esther

We feel incredibly fortunate to have Esther as my mom’s care aide. From the very beginning, she has brought not only skill and professionalism, but genuine warmth and compassion into our home. Esther goes above and beyond in every way. She prepares delicious meals, keeps everything tidy and organized, and always makes sure Mom is comfortable and well cared for. But what truly sets her apart is the joy she brings. She doesn’t just “do the job” — she sits with Mom, laughs with her, visits, and creates meaningful moments of connection. Their conversations and shared smiles brighten Mom’s days more than we can express. Esther was also there for my dad when he was living with dementia. During that challenging time, she showed extraordinary patience, kindness, and understanding. Her calm presence and dependable support meant the world to our family. Knowing Dad was in such capable and compassionate hands gave us tremendous peace of mind. Over the years, Esther has become so much more than a care aide — she is a trusted helper and a true friend of our family. Her integrity, reliability, and heartfelt dedication make her truly exceptional. We are deeply grateful for all she has done and continues to do.
