Professionally, I've spent a year caring for ages 4-12, equipped with CPR certification and training from high school. While I haven't yet worked directly with special needs children, I'm skilled in accommodating dietary restrictions. My approach to discipline emphasizes positive reinforcement and open communication. Babysitting is close to my heart as I've cared for my siblings, instilling in me a deep sense of joy in supporting both children and parents.
