About Esther

Hello! I've been working with children for a while. From babysitting to helping out in the children's ministry at my church, my love for children and their creativity continues to grow. I like working with kids because their innocence and curiosity are things that I believe adults today could learn from. I'm looking for a job that is flexible with hours, has children who will respect my words, listen well, and one where I can develop trust with the parent(s). I began working with kids when I was 13. I worked for a family with 2 young sons each day in the summer, and ever since I've been babysitting for families as needed. In my spare time, I like to sing, go on adventures with friends, study, do crafts, play the piano, read, and hangout with my sisters. My skills include exposing the child in my own life (for example, if I am doing homework, help them to understand what high school is like), communication and de-escalating situations, and time-management.
