Personal. My name is Esther, I am reliable,responsible, hardworking and very friendly young adult, I love to work and help people, I am very friendly, easy going someone you can depend on. WORK EXPERIENCE AND RESPONSIBILITIES I work as a caregiver and home manager at Tennessee personal assistance for five years. As the manager I was required to be on call 24 hours a day, respond to all incidents within a hour, and work shifts whenever the home was not staffed, also my responsibility was to make sure all the new employees have thorough training before working with our individuals. Accomplishments I won employee of month twice in four years since my employment with this company. Skills Used I managed a supported living home where my responsibilities were hiring, training, maintaining, and supervising staff. I was also in charge of patient scheduling, customer relationship management, information systems, leadership management, basic accounting, tracking patient finances by state government standards, and applications of principles in economics for the home's supply logistics. In addition, the manager was required to be on call 24 hours a day, respond to all incidents within an hour.
