About Essence

I am a compassionate and dependable caregiver with over 9 years of experience in home health care. I have worked with more than 10 licensed agencies, supporting seniors and adults with disabilities, chronic illnesses, dementia, and mobility challenges. I assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility support, light housekeeping, and companionship. I am also a Special Education Assistant with the School District, where I work with children who have medical and developmental disabilities. I provide hands-on support with personal care, feeding, mobility, and behavior assistance in a structured setting. I am patient, observant, and reliable, and I take pride in creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every client.
