About Alexis

Hello! My name is Alexis, and I bring a strong background in both medical support and compassionate, hands-on caregiving. I previously worked in a trauma hospital as a Supervisor in the Transport Department, where I assisted patients of all ages and coordinated safe, efficient movement throughout the facility. This experience strengthened my ability to remain calm under pressure, communicate clearly with medical teams, and provide comfort and reassurance to individuals during stressful moments. In addition to my hospital experience, I have personally cared for elderly family members, giving me a deep understanding of the patience, respect, and attentiveness that quality senior care requires. I'm familiar with the unique needs of older adults, from mobility assistance to companionship and emotional support.
