SP is truly phenomenal. From the moment we met her, I felt an immediate sense of relief knowing our baby girl would be in such caring, capable hands as I transitioned back to work 4 months postpartum. She has an incredibly attentive, responsive, and gentle approach to caregiving, which was exactly what our daughter needed during that big adjustment of me being away during the day. It was clear every day how much love, patience, and genuine care SP brought to her work. She was always open to feedback, thoughtful in her approach, and consistently showered our daughter with warmth, attention, and kindness. She made it a point to engage in developmentally-appropriate play with our daughter - she read to her a lot, sang to her, and was always so cheerful and calm throughout the day. We feel incredibly lucky to have had SP caring for our daughter and would recommend her wholeheartedly to any family.
