About Erica

Hi! My name is Erica, and I am a caring, dependable, and engaging caregiver with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Human Development & Family Studies from Indiana University. My education, combined with several years of hands-on childcare and behavioral health experience, has given me strong insight into child development and how to help children grow academically, socially, and emotionally. I have experience working with children of all ages, including infants, toddlers, school-aged children, and adolescents. I also have professional experience supporting children with special needs, including autism, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges. I focus on creating a safe, structured, and encouraging environment. My background includes daycare, one-on-one support, youth residential care, and behavior intervention settings. I enjoy helping with homework, creative play, outdoor activities, emotional regulation, and age-appropriate learning activities.
