My step-dad had back surgery last year and I was the one that would help him run errands. I would do the grocery shopping for his meals, I would drive him to doctors appointments, as well as prepare small meals while my mom was at work. I really enjoyed doing so because I felt like I was helping him in so many ways as he did for me growing up (keeping a roof over our head). I also did his laundry, keep the house clean, and help do slight yard work such as pulling out weeds and rake leaves. Besides all basic housekeeping, I helped out at work by keeping parents up-to-date on any upcoming events involving children, help out keeping routines on schedules, I also helped by filing reports from the children for the program. I answered the office phone with proper etiquette, and took messages. The best part about my work was coming up with amazing projects like fashion shows, contests, or basic activities for the children to enjoy. I am a very outgoing, social, humorous, smart, and organized person that would love to work for you.
