Extremely disappointing behavior from Esmeralda. We began communicating in March about a job starting in August when school starts. I confirmed with her repeatedly that the start date is in August and we stayed in contact from March until the end of July when she informed me that because I didn’t respond to her for a single week in JULY that she took a different job. That week my children and I were sick and I simply missed the message. Not once did she text again (after months of communication) to ask if I got her message or to make sure we were still on for August. She just blew us off. She wasted sooooo much of my time and now I have only a couple weeks to find a replacement when I began this search in MARCH. Unbelievable.
