Errin is kind, caring, professional, and insightful when caring for my parents and communicating with our family. Errin is also always learning new things to provide the best care and add to her skill set.  I wholeheartedly recommend her! 

We hired Errin to introduce in-home caregiving to our Mom with moderate but newly diagnosed Alzheimer’s disease. At the time we hired Errin, our Mom still had driving privileges and felt she did not need a caregiver, so she fought us about Errin coming in twice a week for four hours each time. However, she really liked Errin and enjoyed her visits, which were spent on things like socializing, grocery runs, going out to lunch, and fun things. Errin would have done more, like take her to the doctor or hair appointments, but our Mom refused this in a show of independence. We introduced Errin as our “friend” to keep our Mom from becoming upset or fearful of losing her privileges. As it happened, the neurologist removed driving privileges within a few months of Errin starting, so even though we put in home caregiving on hold, Errin remained in touch and committed to our Mom and has asked about her frequently. 

Errin knows the caregiving business very well and is an expert in her field. She can identify those who are not good caregivers and those who are taking advantage of the elderly and their families. She has medication knowledge, mobility and bathing knowledge and a great deal of practical knowledge for families with elderly parents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. She can recommend providers, assisted and memory care facilities and networking groups to help you choose a facility. She recommended a private chef who performs in home cooking for elders  who no longer shop or cook. We are extremely grateful for the tips and tricks we learned from Errin and we trust her implicitly. We have called Wrrin back to begin care again and are hopeful our Mom will be more accepting now that she is unable to drive. We highly recommend Errin.

Errin brings creativity and genuine warmth to everything she does — from sharing a weekly lunch that Mom helps prepare, to planning enjoyable outings that keep her engaged. When Mom needed new shoes, Errin simply took her shopping. These small gestures matter enormously.

Her nursing background adds real value. She monitors weekly vitals, encouraged us to update Mom’s POST, and has developed a twice-weekly physical therapy program that has genuinely improved Mom’s strength and balance — no small feat for someone who has never been interested in exercise.

Errin also keeps all three of us siblings regularly informed with clear updates and summaries, making family coordination effortless.

She is skilled, caring, and dependable. We are so fortunate to have her.

I am a colleague of Errin’s. I work with her at a home where we both take care of an elderly gentleman who is 95. There are three of us that give him private care and we each have a couple days a week. 
Errin is a very special Caregiver. She not only takes care of their individual needs, but she treats them with love and kindness as well . Treats her clients like you would want your own family members to be treated.
