Andra has been our caregiver for my wife since 7/26/24 and will be with us until we are dead. An important factor in her success with my wife is that my wife likes her. Her demeanor and knowledge is totally acceptable based on her understanding of dementia. She is gentle yet firm with her attendance to her needs. Patience is a virtue and she has that. She is conscience of time and by that I mean she is not late. She responds to all phone calls and texts promptly. She preforms an extra duty while she is her. She made friends with our dog and has taken it upon herself to walk her during her visits to our house. Needless to say, she has became a staple here and we both like her. I would rehire her in a heartbeat.
