We considered her for our daughter. The trial session was good and we went ahead and confirmed. We were upfront that this was for a shorter period and she agreed. We canceled the daycare and soon after when I tried to call to confirm few days before pur discussed start date she didnt pick up her call. She said she decided to go with a different employer. I explicitly asked before hiring if she does find a different job she will let us know amd she promised she wouldnt leave us hanging but ended up doing just that. We didnt have an agreement setup but this was very unprofessional. She never picked up when I tried to ask why she backed out after confirming several times. I got a reply saying she sent a text saying she cant do this but apparently I didnt receive it. I asked for a snapshot of our conversation amd no response from her. I am genuinely surprised but I wanted to let anyone who plan to hire her that this happned.
